How do I order?

How do I upload my photos?
You can upload them straight from your phone!
What size are the magnets?
- Square 50 x 50mm
- Rectangle 65 x 90mm
- Classic Bulk 58 x 94mm
- Classic Style 3" x 4"
How long does production take?
At this stage 2-4 business days
What image quality do I need?
As best you have. The clearer the image, the better your magnet will turn out. We will always try improve quality if necessary but cannot guarantee perfection, especially on a quite blurry or very blurry image.
Can I order multiple copies?
Yes you can make multiple copies of 1 photo. We just ask you either upload how many copies you would like if it allows, or please specify in the textbox provided upon adding to cart
Can you crop/edit my photos?
Yes I can. You should also be able to crop them as you upload, just click edit and choose your crop otherwise I will choose what feels right when it comes to cropping to suit magnet shape
Can I mix different photos?
Of course!
What happens if my photo isn't suitable?
We will contact you if we believe you wouldn't be happy with the results, however, if you upload a photo, please always expect it to turn out the way you have submitted it as we cannot guarantee increased quality or unblur photos if that's how we receive your photo/s
Can I request a custom design?
You absolutely can. You can either upload the design under a custom option (specific to the amount of total photos you're getting), or you can contact us.
Are your magnets made in Australia?
Yes, we handmake all magnets in Victoria, Australia
